Reading the AppPoints license consumption dashboard
Interpreting entitlement, peak usage, and trends on the AppPoints dashboard.
The License Consumption page shows entitled capacity vs. peak usage, a usage trend chart, and enforcement configuration. Check peak usage against entitlement, not average. Overages happen at peak concurrency (month-end, shift changes), and a comfortable average can hide a peak that regularly blows through your limit.
