AppPoints replaced the old named-user model with one shared consumption currency across the Suite. Users draw points based on access tier (Self-service, Limited, Base, Premium) when they log in, and the points return when they log out. IBM’s initial recommended pool size tends to be generous in their favor, verify it against your own concurrent usage data before signing.
