Maximo Health produces a single composite score per asset, combining condition/sensor data, maintenance and failure history, asset age and criticality, meter readings, and inspection results. The score is normalized (e.g., 0-100) with drill-down into what’s driving it so a planner sees not just the number, but why it’s low.
